You must provide us with the doctors original prescription. Simply fill out an order form, include your prescription and send it to us to be filled. Your medication will be returned to you through the US Mail, UPS, or an alternate express carrier, in 10 to 14 days from the date you mailed your prescription to us. If you doctor authorizes refills we provide a refill reminder sticker that shows the date you can request a refill of your medication.
Every prescription received in the mail service is screened, filled, and reviewed by several pharmacists to assure accuracy. We also include a patient package leaflet with each new prescription we dispense. This literature provides vital information about your medication, common uses, potential interactions, and reactions. We have a patient information pharmacist available to consult on your mail order prescriptions Monday through Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. We have a pharmacist on call 24 hours a day to assist with any urgent questions that arise regarding your mail service prescription, call 1-(800) 964-1888.
